We ask that you please carefully read through and follow the instructions in the jewelry care guide provided with your purchase. With proper care you can preserve your jewelry for many generations to come.

LEAD TIMES FOR PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Many of our pieces are specially made to order just for you. However, if we have your item in stock, the order will be shipped in approximately 5-7 business days. All other orders will individually be made to order and carefully handcrafted at our atelier. We do our best to get orders shipped as soon as possible, however, due to the global pandemic, our current production times may take slightly longer than usual.
For made-to-order items, please allow an estimated timeframe of 6-8 weeks for production. Items that require special gemstone cutting and material sourcing may require more time. Please contact us if you have any questions about our current leads times. We will do our best to accommodate whenever possible. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.

We disclose measurements and size as accurately as possible, however, please be sure to verify your ring size before placing an order. You can use our Ring Sizing Chart to determine your ring size. SERVICING AND REPAIRS
We offer servicing and repairs for most Marei New York & Diaboli Kill jewelry items. Servicing includes professional cleaning, resizing, polishing, and most general repairs. All services are subject to fees.
Please kindly note that we only repair Marei New York & Diaboli Kill jewelry items. We do not accept repairs on jewelry that was not purchased with us.
